True North is a live, professor-led online class. Here is exactly how access works.
Live, professor-led, fully online
Every session is taught live by your instructor over Zoom — no self-paced-only lectures. You join from anywhere, participate in real conversation and practice, and recordings are posted within 24 hours if you have to miss a session. Course materials are hosted on this secure site, powered & managed by BluTech Global LLC.
Invoice & payment
Mylestone DMC emails you a $150.00 invoice from Mylestone Development & Management Co., LLC (quickbooks@notification.intuit.com). If it is not in your inbox, check spam/junk. Click View and Pay and complete payment with a credit or debit card.
Please note: if you use an Access Code in any way, the funds are non-refundable.
Course site access
Access to course materials is granted only after payment is confirmed. Once confirmed, your classroom opens automatically 72 hours later — your instructor or an administrator can release it sooner. Login details for the secure site are provided by your instructor.
Everything DiSC Workplace assessment
You will receive an email from noreply@wiley-epic.com with the subject line “Online Access Code.” Click Take my assessment, or go to www.wiley-epic.com and enter your assigned Assessment Code.
CliftonStrengths Top 5 assessment
You will receive an email from support@mail.gallup.com. If you do not see it, check both your inbox and spam/junk folders for an “Action Required” email containing the link to continue to the assessment.
Add both senders to your safe-senders list so your access codes do not land in spam.
