After taking CliftonStrengths, my top five themes are Achiever, Relator, Responsibility, Futuristic and Communication. I see how Achiever pushes me to finish tasks, while Relator makes me value deep one-on-one connections. I want to use Communication to share my ideas more clearly in group settings.
