WHAT TO EXPECT
- A live, professor-led online class delivered over Zoom, with recordings posted within 24 hours
- 13 modules covering CliftonStrengths, Everything DiSC, The Credibility Code, presentation skills, difficult conversations, and generational communication
- Two applied assignments and a quiz or test in every module
- Two assessments you'll complete along the way: the Everything DiSC Workplace assessment and the CliftonStrengths Top 5 assessment (access codes are emailed separately by Wiley and Gallup at the appropriate point in the course)
- A final capstone presentation where you'll pitch your own strengths, style, and value — ready for your next interview
